Shipping policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping time estimates begin after your order has shipped (not from the time the order is placed).
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
- Promotions or coupon codes for shipping will be applied at checkout as stated in the promotion.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally! (excluding North Korea, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine due to current restrictions)
- International transit times vary: generally 10–20 business days plus customs processing.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
- Customs delays are beyond our control.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Use that number on the carrier’s website to see delivery status.

Address Changes, Undeliverable & Lost Packages
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address after an order is placed.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing, contact us at kailynnreid5@gmail.com within 3 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, keep all packaging and contact us with photos at kailynnreid5@gmail.com within 7 days.
- We will evaluate the issue and, depending on the case, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Delivery Exceptions
- Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Remote or PO Box addresses may incur additional transit time or carriers may limit service options.
Prohibited Items & Restrictions
- Some items are restricted for international shipping (e.g., hazardous materials, certain liquids); these items will not ship internationally. Contact customer service if you have questions.
